Ras Kushbowy a popular musician from Kwahu has urged the media in to show case their acts this coming Easter.
The Raggae/Dancehall act also stated that, Easter is a festival of the east and for the east and as that, the act from the east should also enjoy from this festival.
According to him placing acts from other regions on bills for performances is not bad but acts from the east should enjoy from this mounted stages.
“How many acts from Kwahu do you see on bill or on stage during the Easter festivals. They make it seem like there is no act here and it is bad”, said the Raggae/Dancehall superstar.
“The event organizers and the media people want us to beg before we are being put on bills or on shows”, he added.
In his words he asked that how many acts from Kwahu are being billed as main acts on any show during Easter.
He called on all Kwahu and the eastern act to Unite and cherish one another….”If the media and our own people do not cherish and respect us, let us cherish and respect one another”.
